What have we been up to?

Oh my, we've been busy! Between teaching at CK shows for Lickety Split Scrapbooks, the three home group classes, designing and cutting new kits, school getting out, making plans for Beat the Heat Crop in July .....need I say more? It's been busy, busy around here and it's only going to get crazier. I'll be gone the next three weeks to shows, home a week then off to spend a week with Wendy and her family for a much needed break. (Can't wait for that!!) Scrap Camp

I just uploaded Scrap Camp pictures to my Facebook page. We had a total blast at the first ever Scrap Camp! A huge thank you to all that attended the first camp. I can't remember the last time I laughed so darn hard or got so many pages done. Here's a couple of pictures so you can see all the fun we had.

It's Finally Finished!

I'm so excited, I've finally gotten the new Project Kit designed, cut, packed and ready to ship!

All 10 pages are decorated with tons of photo mats and embellishments including some fun new embellishments using some fun fishing supplies! This hard bound book is a great way to capture those fun memories of fishing with the kiddos or hubbies favorite pastime.

For those that attended our November Vegas Baby! Crop you will remember Sherry and Peggy from The Scrap Nook. They were first time vendors with K.I.S.S. and were deemed a must -have-back due to their fantastic selection of product and their fun, crazy personalities. Well....they have opened a 2nd The Scrap Nook location in Springfield!! I know, I'm so excited! They have the greatest selection of product and you can count on a laugh or two when around them. I'm just bummed that I can't get up there this week but you can bet I'll be headed up there very soon. (Debbie...you up for a road trip?)

Now I know you are running for the car keys already but STOP... you need the address right?

They are located at 3550 N. Glenstone just north of I-44 and Glenstone intersection next to Dollar General. Their store hours are 10-6 Monday - Saturday and 1-5 on Sunday.

I'm such a blog looser!! I fully plan to keep it updated then life and work happen, the days slip by and next thing you know it's been a month. EEKS!!!

Let's see, since our last post we spent a fantastic weekend with 60 croppers for our 2nd annual Spring Fling. We had lots of laughter, a special Easter Egg Hunt, lots of door prizes given out, a crazy chicken that kept jumping from table to table, some AWESOME Red Light specials and our now famous Paper Train, ....whew....that was all in two crazy days!! Enjoy the pictures.... oh and why did they have the plates on their heads? I don't know!! LOL!!!

For those looking for the number 1 egg (Amber!!) we found it!!
It was on top of the stereo the entire weekend. LOL!!

It's CRAZY...

I said I had 7 HUGE boxes right? I just had to show you what it now looks like in my shipping/receiving area (aka living room) and this isn't all of it, just couldn't fit it all in one picture! Now to get it all loaded in the trailer before the rest of the boxes arrive tomorrow!

It's starting...

packages are arriving! Door prizes, Red Lights, new product they are starting to roll in. Emma helped me open boxes tonight, she likes doing this almost as much as she likes giving out prizes!
